Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rose Garden Floral Studio, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful arrangements to our community.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer local delivery in Cartersville, Georgia, and surrounding areas including Emerson, Cassville, White.
  • Delivery Hours: Our deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following business day.
  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not home, our drivers will look for a safe, shaded place to leave the arrangement. If no safe place is available, we will contact the sender or recipient to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check the recipient's address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

Because flowers are perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority as a family business.

  • Issues with Freshness: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@rosegardenfloralstudio.com with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a partial/full refund.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as the arrangement may have already been designed and the flowers cut.
  • Substitutions: Flower availability changes with the seasons. We reserve the right to substitute specific blooms with others of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is fresh and full. We will always maintain the style and color palette of your choice.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom-designed "Event" floral pieces are non-refundable.
